Rachel Armont's Bio:
Rachel Armont is a SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified human resources executive with a history of producing tangible results. Her goal is to provide her employer with the best solutions available to facilitate success. She looks ahead, stay connected, and watch for trends to ensure her focus is on the issues that matter; she ensure that the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are identified and are either built upon or mitigated. She will keep working on a solution until her employer is supported in a way that enables results without bottlenecks.
